Ocean (Orkney Community Environment Awareness Network) is a newly established group that aims to co-ordinate, promote and provide enviromental education throughout Orkney. The group is comprised of a variety of organisations, which include Scottish Natural Heritage, The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, Orkney Islands Council, Orkney Tourist Board, The Hoy Ranger, Aquatera, the Community Biodiversity Project Officer, Orkney Biodiversity Records Centre, Orkney Heritage and teachers from the county schools.
