Summary of the records held in Orkney Biodiversity Records Centre

The Records Centre contains a wealth of biodiversity information suitable for private study, environmental assessments, planning applications, student projects or development proposals.

OBRC staff can produce detailed reports in plain English complete with maps, with each report custom tailored to the individual query.

OBRC is constantly updating its data, so it is recommended that you contact the Centre if you are looking for specific information or to discuss the costs of producing reports. It is also hoped that habitat mapping will shortly be available.
